The Screw City Taco is not just another menu item — it’s our own original creation, crafted with Rockford and the surrounding communities at heart.

We introduced it for the first time at Bite Night in 2019, and the response was immediate. It quickly became one of the most talked-about items at the event. Because of that overwhelming popularity, we decided to make it our signature taco.

The Screw City Taco is served on a fried flour tortilla and built with your choice of protein. It’s topped with white rice, housemade queso, corn, and sour cream, and comes with a side of salsa. Every ingredient comes together to create a taco that stands out from anything else on our menu — or anywhere else.

The Screw City Taco has been recognized locally and featured by   Rockford Buzz  and  97ZOK , highlighting it as one of Rockford’s standout food items.
